Frankly to say.... Dragon-i food does not offer any special impression to me and the extra charges were unnecessary....Tissue also want to charge you RM1 and small plate of nuts that evey table had also charge into your bill eveytime you visit Dragon-i.....
Just chop you everytime you went in there....just playing chopping! Haha!

Actually you can defer the speical tissue aka napkin! Just tell them you don't want it and they will do the rest! By the way, the nuts are nice!
